An electromagnetic chuck with a vacuum chuck function
of grid seal type added. The vacuum chuck function
enables it to hold nonmagnetic workpieces also.

●The vacuum chuck can be configured to a desired
usage area using seal rubber.
●Since vacuum is maintained by use of seal rubber, a
high degree of vacuum can be maintained even when
workpieces are slightly warped.
